Tidan YiPath is an independent informational and educational tool provided by Rockefarmer Labs Inc.
It is designed to help users estimate scores under selected Ontario immigration expression-of-interest frameworks based on information entered by the user.
Tidan YiPath does not make official eligibility decisions and does not process or submit immigration applications.
2. No Government Affiliation
Rockefarmer Labs Inc. and Tidan YiPath are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or acting on behalf of:
- the Government of Ontario;
- the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program;
- Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada;
- the Government of Canada; or
- any other government department, agency, program, or authority.
References to government programs, categories, rules, and publications are provided for identification and informational purposes only.
3. Not Legal or Immigration Advice
Tidan YiPath does not provide legal advice or individualized immigration advice.
Rockefarmer Labs Inc. is not acting through the Service as:
- a law firm;
- a lawyer;
- a registered immigration consultant;
- an authorized immigration representative;
- a government officer; or
- an agent submitting an application on behalf of a user.
Use of the Service does not create a lawyer-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, agency, or professional advisory relationship.
Users requiring advice about their circumstances should consult a qualified lawyer or an authorized immigration professional.
4. Estimates, Not Official Scores
All scores, comparisons, breakdowns, and improvement scenarios generated by Tidan YiPath are estimates.
They depend on:
- the information entered by the user;
- the categories selected;
- the rules implemented in the current version;
- the accuracy of our interpretation of public sources; and
- the date on which the Service was last updated.
The result may differ from an official score or assessment.
Tidan YiPath does not guarantee:
- eligibility for any program;
- acceptance into an expression-of-interest pool;
- receipt of an invitation;
- provincial nomination;
- approval of an application;
- permanent residence;
- maintenance or extension of immigration status; or
- any other government outcome.
5. Rules May Change
Immigration laws, policies, eligibility requirements, occupation classifications, regional definitions, scoring tables, invitation thresholds, application procedures, and program availability may change without notice.
The Service may not immediately reflect every change.
Users must verify current requirements using official government sources before making a decision or submitting an application.
Where information in Tidan YiPath conflicts with an official government source, the official source prevails.
6. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- entering accurate information;
- determining whether an option applies to their circumstances;
- reviewing official requirements;
- obtaining professional advice where needed;
- monitoring deadlines and program changes;
- preparing supporting documents; and
- making their own immigration, employment, education, financial, and legal decisions.
Users should not rely exclusively on Tidan YiPath when making a decision that may affect immigration status, legal rights, employment, finances, education, or family circumstances.
7. Public Beta Limitations
Tidan YiPath v0.3 may be released as Public Beta software.
The Public Beta may contain:
- calculation errors;
- incomplete rules;
- outdated information;
- technical defects;
- interrupted availability;
- compatibility issues; or
- other inaccuracies.
Users are encouraged to independently verify every material result.
8. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tidan YiPath is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind.
Rockefarmer Labs Inc. does not warrant that the Service will be:
- accurate;
- complete;
- current;
- uninterrupted;
- error-free;
- secure;
- suitable for a particular user; or
- accepted by any government authority.
9. Limitation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rockefarmer Labs Inc. is not responsible for losses, costs, missed opportunities, application outcomes, deadlines, decisions, or other consequences resulting from:
- use of or reliance on the Service;
- incorrect or incomplete user input;
- changes to government rules;
- errors or omissions in the Service;
- temporary or permanent unavailability;
- actions of government authorities or third parties; or
- failure to verify information through official sources.
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10. Official Sources and Professional Assistance
Before acting on a result, users should:
- review the current official Government of Ontario and Government of Canada information;
- confirm that the relevant program remains open and that the rule is current;
- compare their circumstances with the official requirements; and
