Privacy Policy

Pre-release notice: This policy describes the current static website and anticipated pre-release operation of Tidan YiPath. It must be reviewed and updated before launch if the app adds accounts, analytics, advertising, payments, cloud storage or third-party SDKs.

1. Who we are

Rockefarmer Labs Inc. develops software and decision-support tools. Privacy inquiries may be sent to privacy@rockefarmerlabs.com.

2. Information submitted directly

When you contact us by email, we receive the information contained in your message. Please do not send passport numbers, immigration document numbers, financial account information or other highly sensitive personal data by ordinary email.

3. Website technical information

This website is hosted using infrastructure provided by Cloudflare. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time and pages requested for delivery, reliability and security purposes.

4. Tidan YiPath pre-release data practices

The intended minimum version calculates results from information entered by the user. Unless a later product notice states otherwise, the initial version is designed to avoid requiring a user account and to minimize retention of user-entered immigration-planning information.

5. How information is used

To respond to support, privacy and product inquiries.
To operate, secure and improve the website and products.
To investigate errors and correct inaccurate information.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us host, secure and operate our services, or disclosed where required by law.

7. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legal, security and recordkeeping requirements.

8. Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting privacy@rockefarmerlabs.com.

9. Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when our products, vendors or data practices change.
